Eternal security ~
is the reward for all who genuinely believe and completely trust in God.
Everyone who genuinely believes the Word of God and accepts Him as their Savior and Lord, immediately has all of their sins (past, present, and future) forgiven and God will preserve them for all eternity. Therefore, everone who accepts God's invitation to join His family and earnestly desires and endeavors to follow Him throughout their life can rest assured in His forgiveness and in the "eternal security" that He alone provides.
In me you can have peace. In the world you will have tribulation.
But be of good cheer. I have overcome the world. John 16:33
